Benchmarks® 360 Assessment
Give your team a more complete picture of themselves – the foundation for any development effort. The Center for Creative Leadership’s industry-leading Benchmarks® leadership assessments pioneered the use of 360-degree assessment for development through systematically collecting perspectives about any individual’s performance from peers, direct reports, colleagues, and superiors – and providing a complete view of a leader’s strengths and opportunities for growth.
DiSC Assessment
Self-awareness is essential to success. If you don't understand what drives your actions and behaviors, it's difficult to cultivate positive growth. As you discover what inspires you, you’ll identify what may hold you back from success, as well as the traits, habits and behaviors that propel you forward. You will be provided a complete profile that shows you how to leverage the various aspects of your personality for a life of achievement that aligns with your personal values. The DISC personality test is for anyone who wants to gain insight into themselves. It increases self-knowledge and can uncover limiting beliefs that hold you back from achieving your goals.
FIRO-B®
The Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation™ (FIRO®) assessments help people understand their interpersonal needs and how those needs influence their communication style and behavior. These accessible and universally applicable personality assessments have helped individuals, teams, and organizations around the world grow and succeed. In a recent survey, more than 90 percent of FIRO‑B® customers improved teamwork within their organization or for their clients.
Hogan Assessments®

Insights Discovery®
At the very start of the self-awareness journey is Insights Discovery®. A psychometric tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung, Insights Discovery is built to help people understand themselves, understand others, and make the most of the relationships that affect them in the workplace.
The 4-hour Insights Discovery® session utilizes a simple and memorable four-color model to help people understand their style, their strengths and the value they bring to the team. We call these the color energies, and it's the unique mix of Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue energies, which determines how and why people behave the way they do.
By the end of this session, you will be able to:
- Understand your own and others’ communication preferences
- Connect better with their colleagues to improve collaboration
- Utilize a common language to help you and your organization overcome challenges and conflict
Learning Agility
In times of change, leaders need to be more agile than ever. Learning agility is an important skill that enables you to continue learning throughout your career even as the workplace has been upended, business models change, and technology and industries shift. Learn if your learning orientation is mastery or breath. Learn what to do when you don't know what to do. It's about learning from experiences and applying lessons learned in new ways, adapting to new circumstances and opportunities.
Listen to Understand
Let’s keep it real. The reality is that we often struggle with tasks and roles that directly relate to active listening. Accepting criticism well, dealing with people’s feelings, and trying to understand what others think and feel all require effective listening skills. Better understand if you listen for facts/figures, feelings, or values for effective listening that requires the listener to thoroughly absorb, understand, respond, and retain what is being said during a conversation. It includes being closely attuned to the speaker's body language and non-verbal behaviors to understand not only what is being said, but also the emotions and values underlying the facts. When you listen to understand, it helps you to become a more effective communicator. Your co-workers and direct reports will respect you more, interpersonal conflicts will be reduced, and you’ll likely see improvements in your relationships with others as a result.
Myers-Briggs
The Myers-Briggs Assessment offers an introspective self-report questionnaire that indicates differing psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions.
By the end of the session debrief, you will be able to:
- Understand your preferences for communication
- Discover your tendencies for decision making
- Increase your understanding of your intellectual orientation, educational and vocational interests, social orientation, self-image, personal values, and social roles
Situational Leadership II
This 4-hour session will focus on building the characteristics of a situational leader who pays close attention to the changing needs of the team, task, and organization. They adjust their leadership style as needed to bring out the best in team members and ensure successful outcomes.
Workplace Big Five (WPB5) Assessment
WPB5 Assessment reveals your five personality supertraits and 23 subtraits to simply and clearly explain work-related behaviors found in day-to-day encounters with coworkers, employees, managers and colleagues. It can be used for various purposes such as coaching, leadership development, team building, and talent identification. It is a short and easy online assessment with 107 questions that takes 10-15 minutes to complete. It is one of the most valid and reliable instruments in the industry.
